It has a few light scuffs and buckle rash, nothing too unsightly being black. The guitar was sold many years later to Dennis Greaves, The Truth & Nine Below Zero. the guitar is pictured on the cover of The Truth’s ‘Weapons of Love’ album. The maple neck (original logo, no TM) is near perfect - Mick bought a Valley Arts neck in California and fitted it same year, 1986. Looks like it started life as a tremolo bridge, there is slight paint sink around the bridge / backplate area. It was modified straight away by Charlie Chandler from 3 single coils to twin Schecter humbuckers with coil taps, you can see the routing on the Schecter body. Purchased new by Mick Lister from ‘The Truth’ / Amy Whitehouse from Chandlers in Kew. It was 19 83 Schecter, parts built at the Van Nuys factory in California, USA. A more knowledge member has advised me that the serial numbers on the parts are dated 1983 - so it’s from the original Schecter / Anderson / Suhr company in California. Item: 292872886688 1983 Schecter Custom, Van Nuys - ex Mick Lister / Dennis Greaves ‘The Truth’.
